We are delighted to announce our second National Environmental Awards in association with Western Power Distribution.
Together we will provide a national platform to show case initiatives, individuals, teams, and businesses, schools and community groups throughout Wales that really make a difference to the environment.
We want to celebrate all those that have risen to the challenge of a global problem, finding local solutions that can make a big difference. We want to share your stories and create a permanent record of all those incredible people and business that champion the cause.
There are many categories, from The Environmental Entrepreneur Award to the Outstanding Organisation Award, so please nominate that person or group you know deserves to be recognised.

This award will go to the person that has made a significant contribution to the tackling of climate change and the environment in Wales.
The winner can be nominated by themselves, the judges, or members of the public. The likely winner will be able to demonstrate leadership on green issues and solutions.
They could come from any part of the green sector – for example they might have been active on the renewable energy front or made technological advances in green transport or sustainable construction; or they could be an educator or motivator who has encouraged consumers, businesses, and the political establishment to make greater efforts to tackle environmental challenges.
The Environmental Community Group Award
This award is open any community group in Wales who are working to create a more sustainable place to live and work.
We want to know what your group is doing to achieve this objective. Whether it has ambitious targets in terms of recycling, reducing energy consumption, sourcing energy from renewable sources or contributing to biodiversity, through to the way you meet, travel and interact.
Tell us all about your efforts, what you have achieved to date and what you want to achieve in the future.
